As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will be:

• Develop and design eye-catching marketing materials, product catalogs, and digital presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Lead the organization, logistics, and coordination of major trade shows and exhibitions (HORECA) both in Greece and abroad
• Create compelling sales and product presentations tailored for international markets and B2B clients.
• Ensure premium product presentation across all channels, acting as the internal guardian of the brand's visual identity.
• Manage day-to-day marketing correspondence, maintain organized files, and coordinate communication with external partners and suppliers.
• Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, monitor project timelines, and support the commercial team in achieving business goals.

The ideal candidate for the position of Marketing Executive will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Professional fluency in English and Greek (both written and verbal) to effectively handle international communication
• A unique blend of organized administrative coordination skills and creative, aesthetic thinking with a "hands-on" approach
• Excellent multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing event logistics and meeting tight deadlines
• A genuine interest or passion for the food, bakery, or HORECA sector
