As a Marketing Director in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across both retail and e-commerce channels, with a strong focus on digital growth and customer acquisition
• Identifying, selecting and managing best-in-class external partners and agencies across social media, performance marketing, and Public Relations
• Localizing and adapting global brand campaigns and assets to effectively connect with Greek consumers while maintaining brand consistency
• Leading all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, website optimization, content strategy, social media, and e-commerce performance
• Managing and optimizing the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong return on investment
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators, including sales performance, customer acquisition, brand awareness and marketing effectiveness, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement

The ideal candidate for the position of Marketing Director will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven senior marketing leadership in luxury services, premium hospitality, or leading agencies
• Extensive expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in selecting, managing, and evaluating external agencies and marketing partners.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable business decisions.
• Deep understanding of the Greek market and local consumer behavior
• Fluency in both English and Greek

• 8-10 years of experience, including senior marketing leadership
