What you’ll be doing as an IT Field Support Technician:

• Perform onsite troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and technical support directly at client corporate locations.
• Replace, configure, and set up desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Install and configure network peripherals and basic networking devices (switches, routers, IP phones).
• Execute physical user relocations, including disconnecting, reconnecting, and verifying the proper functionality of workstation equipment.
• Resolve technical issues involving operating systems, basic Active Directory management, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP connectivity.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal dispatch team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

What we’re looking for in an IT Field Support Technician:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (IEK, TEI, AEI).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT technical support, field support, or computer hardware repair (e.g., in IT service centers, retail tech support, or corporate field support).
• Strong, practical knowledge of PC hardware assembly, component-level repair, and troubleshooting.
• Good command of MS Windows operating systems (Windows 8/10/11) and basic networking concepts (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
• Good communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Strong troubleshooting mindset, customer-centric attitude, and reliable team player.
