As our Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and complex data infrastructure, creating intuitive visualizations and driving analytical excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: 

•  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, analytical requirements, and reportingneeds, translating them into effective data-driven solutions.
•  Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for businessimprovement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, validate, and combine data from multiple sources.
•  Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and business metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•  Collaborate with BI Developers and Data Engineers to understand and utilize available data models, platforms,and enterprise data sources.
•  Support data quality, governance, documentation, and the continuous improvement of reporting and self-serviceanalytics capabilities.

Other Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, reporting, dashboards,and data visualizations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases and complex datasets.
• Understanding of data models, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience or familiarity with Databricks, Azure data services, and Lakehouse technologies will be considered anadvantage.
• Knowledge of Python or R, statistical analysis, and data exploration techniques will be considered an asset.
•  Understanding of data quality, data governance, security, and privacy principles.
• Experience working with enterprise data from CRM, ERP, Billing, Finance, or other operational systems isconsidered an advantage.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), will be considered an asset.

Work Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience analyzing data and developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BIor similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong practical experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with complex datasets from multiple business and operational systems.
•  Experience developing and interpreting KPIs, metrics, trends, and analytical reports.
•  Experience working with enterprise data management platforms, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, or similarenvironments will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with Databricks or consuming data from a Databricks-based Data Platform or DataWarehouse will be considered an advantage.
