κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As a Insurance Operations Officer your daily responsibilities will include:
- Registering contracts, sending them to partners, and monitoring their progress (registration, dispatch, signature checks, return and archiving, activation of production and web codes, modifications, terminations, and adherence to internal procedures)
- Managing mass production transfers and liaising with insurance companies to ensure completion
- Training partners on the company’s software and applications
- Monitoring and supporting the use of the company's promotional tools
προσόντα
In order to apply for this Insurance Operations Officer position, you should have the following:
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with Datawise and BlueByte software will be considered an asset
- Certified Insurance Intermediary (as per Bank of Greece regulations)
- Experience working with insurance company portals
- For male candidates: military obligations must be fulfilled
