κύριες αρμοδιότητες
The responsibilities of the HR Operations Assistant role include:
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partners across various employee life-cycle processes
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, organizational charts, and HR databases to ensure full data integrity
- Manage day-to-day HR operational inquiries from employees and managers, routing complex issues to the appropriate HRBP
- Perform data analysis and generate regular or ad-hoc HR reporting to support HRBP decision-making and business strategy
- Support HRBPs in executing core HR initiatives, including performance management cycles, training programs, and engagement surveys
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the HR Operations Assistant position should have:
- BSc/Ba in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good numerical skills, experience in reporting
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
