As a  finance manager (m/f), your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Management & Strategy: Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple regional entities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts for executive decision-making.
• Cross-Border Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, transfer pricing guidelines, and statutory reporting requirements across operating jurisdictions.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate external audits, maintain robust internal financial controls, and optimize financial systems and workflows.
• Working Capital & Treasury: Manage cash flow, credit control, invoicing procedures, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Business Leadership: Collaborate closely with operational heads and senior partners to evaluate business performance, commercial contracts, and strategic growth opportunities.

In order for your profile to match the finance manager (m/f) position, you need to have the following skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree (MSc/MBA) or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within professional services, maritime, or a multi-entity international environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in international taxation, corporate compliance, and payroll oversight.Hands-on proficiency with ERP software and advanced data analysis in Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Greek accounting standards (GAS) and IFRS.
• Languages: Excellent command of English and Greek (both written and spoken).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical ability, high ethical standards, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within profession
