As a Payroll Consultant in our team, you become the link between clients, employees and complete payroll compliance. You manage complex payroll operations, onboarding processes and client relationships across fixed-term and indefinite contracts. You act as a trusted advisor on Greek labor laws, regulatory authorities (EFKA, OAED), budgeting and payroll forecasting.
In parallel, you manage the employee side of the equation guaranteeing accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing, addressing inquiries with outstanding service and collaborating closely with accounting to align invoicing and expenses.
