As an English-Speaking Professional Hair Care & Colour Advisor (m/f), you will have the opportunity to:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the USA market, handling inquiries confidently via phone, email, chat, and reviews
• Provide advanced, highly specialized advice on professional hair care and color products to both everyday consumers and salon professionals
• Use your professional expertise to recommend highly specific solutions and troubleshoot complex color or hair care inquiries
• Build sustainable relationships of trust and act as a brand ambassador, delivering service that aligns with the premium standards of a global beauty leader

The qualifications needed for this English-Speaking Professional Hair Care & Colour Advisor (m/f) position are:

• Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1 level or above), with the ability to confidently explain technical product information
• A cosmetology license (does not need to be currently active) AND/OR proven salon experience involving practical hair color work (2+ years minimum; 3–5 years is ideal)
• Strong, confident knowledge of professional hair care and color products
• Highly preferred: Hairdressers, colorists, and former salon professionals looking to transition into an advisory role
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between 16:00 and 01:00 to support the USA market

• Team spirit & flexibility in working in shifts
• Customer-centric mindset
