    As a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent (m/f), you will have the opportunity to:

    • Manage customers' requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
    • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
    • Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication

    The qualifications for this Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent (m/f) role are: 

    • An exceptional level in the Dutch language 
    • Advanced English skills
    • Excellent PC literacy & technical skills
    • EU work permit

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    Previous Customer Service or Technical Support experience is considered an asset.
