As a Data Analyst on our team, you will drive the end-to-end migration, rationalization, and enhancement of our BI ecosystem:

• Identify, assess, and document legacy SAP BO reports and universes; consolidate and descope reports to prioritize migration waves and establish clear data lineage.
• Own and evolve all Looker semantic layers, including LookML development, consolidating core layers into a unified customer view, and decommissioning obsolete objects.
• Align semantic structures with enterprise Data Governance frameworks, linking semantic layers to Collibra and maintaining clear dimension, measure, and naming standards.
• Design and build new Looker reports and dashboards, validate performance/usability, prototyping new concepts with business stakeholders where needed.
• Validate new Looker reports and semantic models against legacy data outputs to ensure full accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and coordinate business User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating feedback and managing issue resolution through to launch.

To excel as a Data Analyst in this role, you bring the following technical expertise and professional background:

• Proven experience in end-to-end BI migrations, report rationalization, and dashboard development.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google BigQuery and strong expertise in Looker development (including native LookML).
• Demonstrated experience designing, consolidating, and maintaining enterprise-grade semantic layers.
• Strong background in data governance practices, metadata management, and tools such as Collibra.
• Experience auditing legacy reporting systems (such as SAP BusinessObjects) and translating legacy logic into modern BI platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional UAT sessions.
