As a Customer and Sales Support Clerk, your main responsibilities are:

• responding to client requests efficiently and professionally through phone and email
• managing order processing and handling invoicing responsibilities 
• working closely with suppliers, sales and logistics teams
• suporting the after-sales process and following up with clients needs
• registering new clients and maintaining updated records in the ERP system

The Customer and Sales Support Clerk we are looking for should have:

• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• excellent use of the English language
• proven ability to manage demanding customer interactions 
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively
• team spirit, team motivation, empathy
• familiarity with ERP and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
