As a controllership analyst your responsibilities will include:

• Review and validate accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Perform partial invoice processing and posting in the ERP system.
• Reconcile supplier balances and transactions between two ERP systems.
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other tax-related accounts across both ERP platforms.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and monitor the agreement between accounting records and the company's myDATA submissions.
• Ensure consistency between statutory books and myDATA records, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide monthly payroll-related information to the Payroll team.
• Provide employee-related financial information and reports to the HR department.
• Support audits by preparing reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

In order for your profile to match the controllership analyst position, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes and expense management.
• Experience with ERP systems; exposure to multiple ERP platforms will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax-related reconciliations.
• Familiarity with myDATA requirements and reconciliations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Greek and English.

3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
