For the role of Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the general monitoring, organization, and delivery of construction projects within Athens.
- Coordinating and managing on-site work crews and subcontractors.
- Tracking and managing the financial and technical progress of assigned projects.
- Maintaining the daily site diary and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Coordinating material procurement, orders, and supplier deliveries.
- Organizing, drafting, and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparing technical measurements, comparative tables, and progress bills/accounts
προσόντα
For the role of Construction Engineer, you will need:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 4 years of site experience in public building or MEP building projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for supervising sketches, measurements, and As-Built drawings
- Excellent command of Greek and English at a professional level
- Registration as a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
