As a Client Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

• review client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conduct high level industry and company research to identify the most relevant experts
• utilize company's database, LinkedIn, phone and email outreach to connect with experts
• critically screen experts for their suitability and relevance to address a client’s needs with an emphasis on quality
• engage in persuasive negotiations with experts to secure their participation and establish competitive commercial terms

The requirements needed for this Client Service Associate position are: 

• fluency in the English language (a must)
• fluency in an additional language is a major plus!
• undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) or higher education is preferrable, with a track record of academic achievement
• good digital literacy

• strong enthusiasm and passion for the business sector, demonstrated through your studies, internships, or extracurricular leadership
• a natural negotiator and salesperson with excellent communication, drive, and goal-oriented focus
