Your key responsibilities as a CFO will be:

• Design and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Act as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO and senior management
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights through reporting and analysis
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and performance tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements
• Supervise the accounting function, including an internal team of 4 and external partners
• Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Support strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems (ERP: Entersoft)

To be a good fit for this CFO position, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Master’s degree or professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) will be considered a plus
• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles (CFO / Finance Director level)
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
• Experience in structured environments, ideally within technology, telecom, or services sectors
• Exposure to the Greek public sector will be considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Experience managing teams and external stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Entersoft is a plus)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
