The responsibilities of the Business Analyst will be the following:

• Conduct thorough business analysis and facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder requirements. Translate complex business needs into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause analysis within the Cards and Payments ecosystem to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and business value creation.
• Support the implementation of transaction processing and settlement solutions, collaborating closely with QA and development teams to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support the design, implementation, and adoption of optimized business processes and solutions.
• Provide PMO support by tracking project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Prepare regular status reports, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and coordinate project activities to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate for the position of Business Analyst should have:

• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of the Cards Business, including Cards Acquiring & Issuing, as well as ATM Business Processes.
• Strong understanding of transaction clearing systems and core card lifecycle procedures (such as Merchant Onboarding, Dispute
• Management & Chargebacks).
• Solid comprehension of Transaction Processing, Clearing, and Settlement.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage PMO-related coordination and reporting.
• Immediate or short-notice availability for a 6-month contract (with potential for extension).
