As a Bulgarian Content Moderator (m/f), your responsibilities will include:

• Review and moderate user-generated content posted on social media platforms, including comments, messages, and posts, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
• Implement and enforce company policies and community guidelines consistently to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment
• Engage with users professionally and promptly to address inquiries, concerns, or complaints, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills
• Provide insights, feedback, and suggestions for improving moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences
• Monitor social media trends, online conversations, and emerging issues to anticipate potential moderation challenges and address them effectively
• Participate in employee assistance programs and training to foster the well-being of you and the employee community

For this Bulgarian Content Moderator (m/f) position, you need to possess the following qualifications:​

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in Bulgarian and advanced level in English
• PC literacy

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Previous experience in customer service would be considered as a plus.
