As a B2B Sales Executive in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Develop sales based on a targeted visit plan and presentation of the company and its products
• Provide continuous updates on company activities to new prospective clients for the implementation of professional residential, hotel projects, commercial and hotel turn-key projects
• Propose products and construction materials
• Costing of projects and orders
• Process and manage orders
• Supervise the delivery and installation of completed projects

The ideal candidate for this B2B Sales Executive position should have the following:

• University/Technological Institute/Vocational Institute/Private College degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics
• Sense of aesthetics and knowledge of design drawings and plans
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Hands-on work approach and problem-solving mindset
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience collaborating with construction
