    As an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for:

    • Overseeing daily floor activities, ensuring the store is "grand-opening ready" at all times regarding cleanliness and organization.
    • Assisting in scheduling, supervising, and coaching sales associates to improve performance and productivity.
    • Driving sales on the floor, monitoring conversion rates, and assisting in achieving the store's financial objectives.
    • Coordinating stock replenishment, monitoring inventory accuracy, and assisting in managing deliveries and warehouse organization.
    • Implementing seasonal floor sets and ensuring all promotional signage and product displays align with corporate guidelines.
    • Resolving customer complaints effectively and leading by example in providing high-quality service on the sales floor.
    • Monitoring security procedures and assisting in minimizing shrinkage and administrative errors.

  • προσόντα

    The ideal Assistant Store Manager should have:

    • Proven track record as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume retail environment.
    • Excellent command of the English language.
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

    • A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
    • Ability to motivate a diverse team and handle conflict professionally.

  • εμπειρία

    • 1-2 years experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor in a supermarket or organ
