As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Prepare memos, reports, forms, correspondence, and presentations.
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain an updated filing system.
• Make business travel arrangements for executives.
• Document expenses, monitor budgets, and submit relevant reports.
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties.

The ideal Administrative Assistant, will demonstrate the following proven skills and attributes:

• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.
• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in office digital tools.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
