For the role of Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and entering orders into the company's system accurately.
- Communicating with customers to provide updates on order progress and deliveries.
- Supporting the sales team by preparing quotes, contracts, and commercial offers.
- Coordinating with the warehouse and accounting departments to ensure timely shipments.
- Maintaining and updating customer records and databases.
- Compiling sales reports and handling other administrative office tasks.

For the role of Administrative Assistant, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales support or back-office role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in using SAP.
