κύριες αρμοδιότητες
The responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Coordinator include:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, update ERP/WMS systems, and prepare operational reports.
- Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
- Assist in planning and executing cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure proper use of material-handling equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support training and coordination of warehouse staff when required.
προσόντα
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS/ERP systems, and inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
