As a Trade Marketer, you will:

• Achieve annual targets for volume, distribution, call plans, and merchandising standards
• Develop a deep understanding of the territory, agents, and competition to implement effective trade activities
• Manage agents and retailers, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships
• Ensure brand availability through regular visits and maintaining distribution
• Increase brand visibility at POS by applying company's merchandising guidelines and placing POSM (Point OfSales Materials)  effectively
• Use IT tools for customer profiling, reporting, and data analysis to support trade activities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and provide feedback for continuous improvement

The ideal candidate should possess:

• University degree or equivalent
• Fluency in written and spoken business Greek and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Valid car driving license

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactivity,  working independently and setting priorities in your area of responsibility

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales experience
