As a Tender Officer, you will have to:

• Research various platforms to find requests for offers and notify the relevant sales representatives. 
• Manage the drafting, submission, and monitoring of tenders for the Public Sector, including through the ESIDIS platform. 
• Prepare and submit offers for both Private and Public organizations.
• Prepare all necessary technical, administrative, and economic documentation required for tenders.
• Check tender documents for completeness and compliance with specifications in collaboration with colleagues and management. 
• Liaise with commercial divisions to determine pricing for materials required in tenders. 
• Ensure all submissions comply with deadlines and time frames. 
• Follow up on executed tenders to communicate results and manage the issuance and monitoring of Letters of Guarantee. 
• Use company IRP programs (JDE, WEBTENDER, BI) to insert and maintain pricing and product code data.
• Manage physical and digital archives, including quality assurance certificates and supporting documents from public bodies

To be considered for the Tender Officer role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A degree from a University (AEI/TEI/IEK). 
• 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant position; experience in the field of medical supplies will be considered an asset. 
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and excellent command of Greek. 
• Excellent computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office. 
• Familiarity with electronic public and private procurement platforms (e.g., ESIDIS, COSMOONE) will be considered an asset. 
• Good knowledge of an application platform such as JDE or SAP. 

• Strong organizational and methodological approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• A high sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
