As a Technology Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the technology function within a key vertical of our business, which represents a vital connection point with our customers and a driver for sustainable growth and seamless entertainment. 

What you will bring:

• Lead two or more engineering teams, ranging in size from approximately 4 to 7 individuals.
• Collaborate closely with peers and key stakeholders across different product lines to maintain high standards of product delivery, quality, and performance. You will proactively identify potential obstacles and implement process improvements.
• Ensure seamless and consistent information sharing among all teams under your guidance, as well as across different business verticals.
• Effectively prioritize, align, and empower your teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner. You will be instrumental in removing impediments that hinder team progress.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous employee growth, ensuring high levels of team retention and engagement.
• Take ownership of team staffing, prioritizing needs, identifying potential risks, and actively participating in the hiring process.
• Provide operational direction for information systems and technology initiatives within your area of responsibility.
• Offer strong management, leadership, and mentorship to your team members.
• Maintain the technology roadmap for your area and proactively manage potential technical debt.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, a related field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including strong teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with remote teams and in an international work environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
