    The responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer are the following:

    • Preparation and monitoring of commercial offers for mechanical systems and spare parts
    • Analysis of technical specifications from yacht owners/managers and provision of specialized solutions
    • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clientele
    • Supporting internal sales processes and ensuring the correct delivery of technical solutions
    • Assist the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock
    • Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • προσόντα

    For the Technical Support Engineer position, you need to have:

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering or a related technical field
    • Excellent command of the Greek and English language
    • Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office
    • ERP Softone knowledge is considered a plus
    • Familiarity with ship mechanical equipment, with emphasis on HVAC systems and generators
    • Basic AutoCAD knowledge
