For the role of Technical Director, you will be responsible for:

• Optimize facility operations by planning, organizing, and executing comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to eliminate downtime.
• Resolve complex technical faults swiftly and decisively, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted business operations.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of major technical projects, ensuring they meet strict quality, budgetary, and timeline benchmarks.
• Lead and empower the internal technical team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and safety.
• Navigate regulatory landscapes to secure necessary licensing for new projects while maintaining strict compliance with legislative and environmental requirements.

For the role of Technical Director, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar managerial or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management, engineering operations, and technical project supervision.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
