As a System Administrator, you will be the backbone of our IT operations, ensuring seamless connectivity and security across our advanced production facilities and national retail network.  Your responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize core IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
• Administer and secure Cisco network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure maximum integrity
• Provide hands-on support to approximately 200 local and remote team members, resolving diverse hardware and software issues.
• Lead incident response and apply ITIL best practices for problem and change management
• Oversee asset management, including software licensing, procurement, and hardware tracking to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams to support specialized retail applications
• Implement infrastructure improvements by staying ahead of emerging technologies to support business resilience

In order for your profile to match this Systems Administrator position, you need to have the following:

• 3+  years of experience as System Administrator or similar role
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory and share points
• Knowledge of Cisco network components, security principles, and protocols
• Understanding of the ITIL framework and its practical application
• Proficiency in English
