The selected individual for the Sterile Production Manager position will be responsible for the following:

• Supervise daily sterile production activities (aseptic filling, filtration, preparation of the )
• Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing schedules and timelines.
• Monitor and manage production output.
• Enforce strict compliance with GMP, Annex 1, and company SOPs.
• Lead or support aseptic process simulations (media fills), cleanroom behavior training, and gowning qualification.
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead, train, and develop sterile production operators and supervisors.
• Ensure shift coverage, performance evaluations, and team morale.
• Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper operation and cleaning of critical equipment (e.g. autoclaves, depyrogenation tunnels, filling lines).
• Coordinate with engineering for preventive maintenance and breakdown support.
• Ensure cleanroom environmental conditions are maintained within limits.
• Approve batch records, logbooks, and deviation reports.
• Lead root cause investigations (deviations, excursions, batch failures).
• Prepare CAPAs and change controls as needed.

The ideal candidate for the Sterile Area Supervisor position will be an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector with the desire to grow in a dynamic organization and must have:

• BSc or MSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GMP (EU, WHO, or US FDA).
• Understanding of cleanroom classifications, aseptic behavior, sterilization principles.
• Languages: Fluent in English (and Greek, if local).
• IT Skills: Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Minimum 5 years in sterile/aseptic manufacturing; 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial
