As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Play an active role in the service acquisition process by preparing quotations and following up with customers.
• Manage all administrative tasks related to service requirements, including travel arrangements and documentation.
• Place service orders, mobilize resources for execution, and support invoicing activities (invoices, delivery notes, etc.).
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to keep customers informed about scheduling and assignments.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure all service requests are fulfilled with high quality and efficiency.

For the Service Coordinator position, you need to have:

• Educational background in Industrial Engineering or Administration.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (oral and written).
• Proficiency in handling ERP and CRM systems (SAP Business One or SAP and Salesforce are considered a strong plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting topics (invoicing, delivery notes).
• Customer-oriented personality with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
