As a Senior Social Media & Marketing Strategy Lead, your tasks will include:

• Act as the vital bridge between executive leadership and the social media team. Take full ownership of the brand's social media presence, ensuring absolute alignment across strategy, creativity, and execution.
• Oversee the social media team’s daily output. Meticulously review content calendars, captions, and campaigns to ensure consistent, premium quality across all digital channels.
• Act as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on creator. Contribute innovative marketing concepts and creative ideas that position the brand as culturally relevant and highly distinctive.
• Merge creative vision with data. Ensure that organic content strategies work seamlessly alongside paid media and performance marketing initiatives to drive measurable, scalable results.
• Serve as the key point of responsibility and decision-making when leadership is unavailable, ensuring projects maintain momentum and standards remain exceptionally high.
• Guide influencer partnerships, community engagement strategies, and play a pivotal leadership role in major brand launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate website optimization.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Social Media & Marketing Strategy Lead position should have the following:

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or comparable advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Significant proven experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, and creative direction, with a strong track record of leading and mentoring teams.
• Deep expertise across all major social media platforms, advanced reporting tools, and a solid understanding of performance marketing and paid media metrics.
• Familiarity with visual content and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to effectively guide, critique, and elevate the design team's output.
• Highly self-motivated and autonomous. Must possess the ability to think big-picture while remaining hands-on, communicating effectively with both executive leadership and creative teams.
