In this strategic HR role, you will:

• Partner closely with senior leaders in the Operations function to align people strategy with business goals
• Lead initiatives related to organizational evolution, capability building, and leadership effectiveness
• Contribute to long-term talent planning, performance enablement, and succession readiness

Qualifications for this Senior HRBP role:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or certifications like CIPD/SHRM preferred)
• Proven experience managing HR shared services in a complex, multinational environment
• Fluency in both greek and english language 

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Resilience and adaptability when managing competing priorities or sensitive challenges
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across global, cross-functional teams

8+ years in HR, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP or advisory capacity
