Key Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant include:

• Elite Executive Support: Orchestrate the Founder's dynamic schedule, managing complex international travel logistics, calendar prioritization, and daily operational flow.
• Board & Committee Administration: Coordinate and attend high-level Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings, capturing crucial briefs and driving the tracking and execution of action items.
• Strategic Communication Governance: Act as the primary gatekeeper and professional liaison, managing complex internal and external correspondence with global stakeholders and advisors.
• Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Proactively support international business projects and special corporate initiatives, ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate administrative bottlenecks, proposing workflow and process improvements to maximize the executive team's productivity.

To be considered for this Executive Assistant you have to have:

• University or College degree.
• Absolute bilingual fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Full flexibility and willingness to travel internationally to the UAE for approximately 1 week every month.
