As a Senior Business IT Analyst  your duties will be the following:

• Elicit & prioritize needs: Run workshops, interviews, and process walk-throughs with business and technical teams to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze "as-is vs. to-be": Map current ITSM processes, identify gaps, and propose improvement opportunities
• Document with rigor: Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, BPMN / UML process flows, and acceptance criteria; maintain full traceability through the project life-cycle.

• Validate & align: Lead structured reviews to ensure all stakeholders sign off on scope, assumptions, and constraints; ensure solutions comply with enterprise-architecture and security policies.

• Bridge business & tech: Translate requirements into clear specifications for solution architects and developers; support integration with existing systems and APIs.
• Champion quality: Craft test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and confirm that delivered capabilities meet performance expectations.
• Knowledge enablement: Create user guides, Knowledge Base (KB) articles, and hand-over packs for operations teams.

To excel in this Senior Business IT Analyst role, you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years in requirements engineering/business analysis on large-scale IT transformation programs; 2+ years within energy, utilities, or other critical-infrastructure sectors.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes; advanced business-process modeling (BPMN, UML); proven ability to translate complex business needs into precise technical specifications
• Familiarity with integration platforms & REST/SOAP APIs; understanding of cloud-hosted web applications and how modern SaaS/automation tools reshape IT operations
• Exceptional stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation, and English communication skills.
