Your key responsibilities as a senior accountant with industrial costing experience you will:

• Monitor actual versus planned performance and investigate financial variances.
• Analyze the cost of products, services, and resources to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
• Review invoices to confirm the receipt of expected goods and services at correct cost levels.
• Evaluate production KPIs and collaborate with departments to improve performance.
• Identify and communicate key cost drivers and areas for cost optimization.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies with clear timelines and measurable results.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Support cost and profitability analysis for new and existing developments.

To be an ideal candidate for this role you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
•  Fluency in both English and Greek.
