As the SAP Business One expert, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing daily, direct support (1st & 2nd level) to end-users and handling troubleshooting.
• Analyzing the business requirements of various departments and translating them into technical solutions.
• Managing, customizing, and optimizing SAP Business One to meet the evolving needs of the company.
• Closely collaborating and coordinating with external SAP consultants for the implementation of more complex projects or upgrades.
• Creating and maintaining system documentation (user manuals, process flows).
• Training users on new functionalities and best practices.

The Ideal Profile:

• A university degree in IT, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in an SAP Business One environment, ideally in a support or consultant role.
• Excellent understanding of core business flows (Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory).
• Experience in SAP B1 customization and user management.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of SQL for creating reports and queries.
• Experience with reporting tools is nice to have.
• Experience in SAP B1 implementation or upgrade projects.
• Basic knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, B1iF)
