The responsibilities of this Sales Representative role are:

• Act as the main point of contact and support for the franchise network
• Maintain strong relationships and provide dedicated support to the existing stores.
• Facilitate the smooth execution of documentation and procedures.
• Manage relationships with existing customers for the wholesale distribution of automotive glass, films, and membranes.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the wholesale segment

The qualifications for this Sales Representative role are:

• 2+ Previous experience in B2B sales or network management.
• University or Technical College Degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant technical field
• Good working knowledge of computer systems and documentation processes.
• Comfortable learning about and promoting specialized products, including automotive glass, films, and membranes.
• Valid driving license

• Exceptional ability to build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with independent business owners (franchisees, body shops, mechanics).
• Proven capacity to act as a problem solver, assisting network partners with documentation, execution, and operational challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable learning about and promoting specialized products

• 2+ years in B2B external sales
