In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Cultivate a client-centric culture across all departments to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve measurable and incremental revenue growth
• Optimize commercial levers, including pricing, inventory availability, and distribution strategies
• Reactivate underperforming accounts through targeted outreach and portfolio analysis

• Bridge Sales and Operations to ensure flawless delivery for groups, events, and VIP guests

The ideal candidate is expected to possess:

• A university degree
• Excellent knowledge of the market and its operations
• Proven success in Corporate and Group segments, with a strong MICE network in Athens.
• Persuasive communication skills, with fluency in Greek and English (extra languages preferred).
• Strategic negotiation and presentation abilities to drive high-level partnerships.
• Tech-savvy proficiency in MS Office and hospitality systems (Fidelio, Webhotelier, CRM)

• 4–6 years of hotel sales experience, ideally in 4★ or 5★ urban properties
