The main responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Lead and manage the Southern Greece sales team, setting targets and coaching for high performance.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key distributors, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Develop and grow strategic key accounts, including major HoReCa clients.
- Coordinate and oversee promotional activities, campaigns, and brand initiatives in the region.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, enhancing visibility and client engagement.
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the position of a Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in HoReCa and distributor management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop key accounts.
- Results-driven and professional approach.
εμπειρία
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the HoReCa sector. <
