As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, developers, EPCs, and OEMs.
• Promote the company’s technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships for repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.

• Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Electrical Engineering Diploma (Polytechnic school).
• 5–7 years of sales experience in the electrical, power, or renewable energy sectors.
• Proven track record selling technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems in renewable energy projects and power utilitynetworks.
• Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
