As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

• Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to achieve commercial targets and profitability.
• Designs and executes action plans to ensure effective market coverage and growth.

The ideal candidate for the position of a Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• University or College degree required; a Master’s degree in Business or a relevant field is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in people management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, and business-related software tools.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Solid knowledge and application of business acumen, cost leadership, change management, and innovation.
• Capable of crafting and delivering a compelling and inspiring sales strategy.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• At least 5 years in a sales management role within primary care.
