As a Sales & Customer Support Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Utilize SAP for customer service tasks, including data entry, order processing, and generating reports.
• Assist in managing and coordinating larger projects under the supervision of the Senior Key Account Executive.
• Prepare comprehensive financial proposals and client offers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with suppliers, transport companies, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and organize documents for participation in public tenders, adhering to compliance requirements.
• Update and manage client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

The ideal candidate for the Sales & Customer Support Coordinator position should have:

• Degree in relevant field
• Proficient user of the Greek and English language
• Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office: Excel & Word
• Knowledge of ERP systems
