As a Sales Administrator you will:

• Assist the sales team in the daily management of clients and business opportunities.
•  Coordinate and handle requests from Account Managers, external partners, and retail points.
• Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Onboarding, Technical Support) to resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor and follow up on pending tasks and documentation from start to finish to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the collection and analysis of sales data to assist in commercial strategy and reporting.
• Ensure a high level of administrative service for all partners and clients within the ecosystem.

The ideal Sales Administrator, will demonstrate the following proven skills and attributes:

• University Degree (AEI/TEI preferred).
• Proven Experience in a sales administration or commercial support role (highly valued).
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a strong customer-centric approach and attention to detail

• Proven experience in a Sales Support, Back Office, or Customer Service role
