As a Sales Back Office Specialist, your duties will include:

• Drafting simple letters and documents on behalf of the sales department.
• Supporting the sales team with simple offers, specifications, and client texts.
• Updating and managing customer, supplier, and contact information in our ERP/CRM systems (SoftOne).
• Assisting in the order confirmation process.
• Supporting the process for issuing Receipt Protocols.
• Communicating with clients for order clarifications as needed.
• Managing promotional and communication materials (brochures, leaflets, etc.).
• Creating and posting content on corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Updating the corporate website in collaboration with the marketing/IT department.
• Supporting corporate presentations, conferences, and events.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems; experience with SoftOne or Entersoft is considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
