As a Route Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and monitoring daily truck routes using an advanced routing system.
• Ensuring delivery schedules are met and truck load efficiency targets are achieved.
• Communicating with drivers and the call center to provide updates and resolve routing issues.
• Collecting data and updating systems with key route and delivery information.

The ideal candidate for the position of Route Planner will have:

• A degree from a university, technical institute, or private college (a focus on Supply Chain Management is a plus).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a 3PL company.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
• Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
