Key Responsibilities of Revenue Growth Management Assistant:

• Be responsible for the data entry and the quality of information in monitoring files (reconciliation vs Contracts, Invoices etc.), performing thorough checks regularly
• Monitor RG KPIs and ensure alignment through relevant reports
• Keep track and report on the On-Trade investment per customer, brand, area etc.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Ensure contract and invoice documentation flow processes are delivered properly and on time
• Coordinate efficiently with other departments to deliver results
• Support Sales department in daily processes optimization
• Liaise with external stakeholders’ (customers, suppliers etc.)
• Apply value strategy in daily business to improve financial figures and customer satisfaction
• Perform data analysis that will enable revenue growth opportunities identification

The ideal candidate for the Revenue Growth Management Assistant role:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales analysis role or relevant position, preferably in the FMCG sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.

• Very good MS Office knowledge required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must).

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.

• Numerically fluent, with ability to prepare, analyze and use financial information. 

• Strong communication and negotiations skills, Team player.

• Result oriented, ability to follow up and deliver concrete result.

• Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Works well in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines for deliverables.
