As a Reporting support & Court Coordination Officer your main responsibilities will be: 

• Liaise with the Legal team to prioritize business and information requirements related to court proceedings
• Monitor the performance of legal firms (LFs) to update the legal calendar and identify missing or pending information from LFs
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the evolution of legal actions
• Manage, coordinate, and produce ad hoc reporting requests
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
• Identify potential issues and opportunities for new process improvements and automation
• Perform ad hoc analysis to investigate operational issues, provide data analysis, and any required explanations or justifications
• Participate in presentations for CEPAL (or relevant internal meetings/stakeholders)
• Measure internal and external partners' KPIs and overall performance through reporting

For the role of Reporting support & Court Coordination Officer you will need to have:

• Excel proficiency and experience in reporting data
• Familiarity with database systems, specifically Qualco and Arotron
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of court evolution and litigation
• Possesses the ability to be firm with legal firms while remaining cooperative

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Service-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
