As the Regional HR Manager, you will:
- Develop, implement, and lead regional HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals and local regulations
- Oversee the full talent cycle, from leading recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to nurturing employee growth and managing employee relations
- Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures, provide oversight for accurate payroll & manage social benefits across the region
- Promote and ensure a safe, healthy, and fully compliant working environment for all employees
- Provide insightful HR reports to guide strategic decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through effective employer branding campaigns
- Analyze key HR metrics and leverage data to provide insightful reports that guide strategic decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
προσόντα
To be considered for this Regional HR Manager role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics ( Master’s degree in HR Management being highly desirable)
- Fluency in both Greek and English is essential
- Advanced PC and literacy skills, with proven experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and utilizing HR metrics to inform decisions
- Availability to travel, around 30% within the region to engage with diverse teams and business units
