The responsibilities of the role include:

• Full technical responsibility for the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of production lines (extruders, blown film lines) and all related industrial equipment.
• Organization, leadership, training, and development of the local technical team.
• Systematic troubleshooting and continuous improvement of plant reliability and performance.
• Leading plant expansion projects, new installations, and technical improvements, in collaboration with the local technical team, the Group’s technical team in Greece and the external contractors and equipment suppliers.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Engineering from a Polytechnic University, preferably Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Combines technical expertise with the ability to lead and develop a technical team
• Demonstrates deep understanding of industrial equipment and the ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Knowledge of Chinese or other foreign languages will be considered an additional asset.
